Candlelight Winter Solstice | 12th Annual!

A studio favorite! During this candlelit class, we harness the quiet energy of winter for self-reflection and the renewal of our intentions.

Together, we’ll gather on the darkest night of the year to celebrate the returning of the light as we honor the cycles of nature and our connection to the unchanging pure light within our own being.

Our Integrated practice will include:
+ Gentle Asana (movement)
+ Pranayama (breath work)
+ Meditation
+ Mudras (hand gestures or energy seals)
+ Ancient tradition of ritual
+ Sound

Having a journal to write down your intentions and reflections after practice can be very helpful.
